I’m trying something new. I am posting my weekly menu to stay organized and for accountability but also so you can follow the link to find more inspiration and motivation to do this yourself.
Monday: Salad and Leftover Brazilian Curry Chicken, recipe courtesy of Paleo OMG
Tuesday: Turkey Tacos, homemade guacamole, homemade salsa. I use Penzey’s spices.
Wednesday: I’m going to try making steaks with Tammy Credicott’s recipe for Pan-Seared Oven Finished Organic Grass Fed Steaks and serve it with a giant salad and corn.
Thursday: Asian Glazed Salmon with Roasted Broccolini by Against All Grain
Making a batch of Against All Grain’s Autumn in a Bowl Granola.
As well as smoothies, juice, fruit….
